*connection name- smart ce-proxy or anyname u want
*apn- internet
*click option and go to advance setting
*proxy server ad-127.0.0.1
*port-1234
CE-Proxy plus setting
*open it if ask for a connection cancel it first
*click option then proceed to connection
*Listen to proxy-1234
*Http proxy host-80.239.242.112 or any working smart global ip
*http port-80
*default conexn-smart ce-proxy
*save then click option and proceed to TWEAKS
*find url prefix then put single slash ( / )
*then save and exit your ce-proxy
OM 4.2 or OM 4.3 SERVER
*HTTP SERVER-http://127.0.0.1:1234/curl?
*front query-127.0.0.1:1234/curl?
*leave other option at ease
*save it but do not connect

*Open CE-Proxy and let it connect to the internet or choose CE-Proxy the conexn you've made earlier

*open your browser and browse free and at your own risk
*use same conexn to your ce-proxy and om 4.2 or 4.3

*For nokia 6630 or 6680 or other low RAM phone use FREEMEM to compress ram for the ce-proxy to run fast and smooth
*it is also suggested for low RAM phone open your browser first then open your FREEMEM to compress or increase your RAM then open,connect and run in background your ce-proxy
*back to your browser and browse free and at ur own risk
*while browsing it is further suggested to monitz conexn of ur ce-proxy and capacity of your phone RAM
